Thoughts on the exam
The 2021 Standard 1 exam was a mix of easy and difficult questions. There were a few multi-step word problems, conception questions, and some other unusual questions which may have been challenging for some Standard 1 students. It definitely tested students’ understanding of many concepts. There were still a few basic questions in there for students to show there skills in areas of financial maths, trigonometry, and graphing.
