I worked everything out by hand, just as you would have to do sitting the exam, but I’ve also verified the results for all questions involving calculations (calculus and trigonometry-type questions) on Wolfram-Alpha, just to be sure they are correct.

So I have gone through and answered all the questions on the test, just for you! (Except for 28b, as the graphic hasn’t been published yet.) I included some working out and notes, but full working out on every question may not be included.
